Unless otherwise noted, the security deposit is equal to one month’s rent and is due when the lease is signed.

Yes! We are pet-friendly and allow pets at most of our properties, subject to owner approval. A one-time, non-refundable $150 pet deposit and a $45/month pet fee apply per pet.

The application fee is $29 per applicant.

We do our best to process completed applications within one business day.

To help us process your application quickly, please provide the following for each applicant:

• A legible copy of a driver’s license or photo ID

• Proof of at least 30 days of income (such as pay stubs)

• Current landlord’s contact information

• A photo of your pet, if applicable

• A completed application

As part of the application process, we review your credit, background, income, and rental history.

Our general qualifications include:

• Positive rental history with a previous landlord

• Verifiable income of at least 3x the monthly rent

• Minimum credit score of 600

• Review of criminal and civil court history

Rent is due on the 1st of each month and is considered late after the 5th. A $25 late fee is assessed on the 6th.

For your convenience, we offer several payment options:

Online Tenant Portal
Pay rent online, submit maintenance requests, and track existing requests through your tenant portal.

Cash Payments via Payslip
You can request a personalized payment slip and use it to pay in cash at participating locations, including CVS, 7-Eleven, or Ace Check Cashing. Please retain your receipt.

Certified Check or Money Order
Certified checks or money orders may be mailed to:
